She was sure this was where she had left him. She started shaking, sweat dripping down her face. You could see it in her eyes she was going crazy inside. What would her parents think? They couldn't know what she had done.
She heard a noise in the background. Her eyes wandered the dark, eerie woods searching for the unknown presence. She couldn't concentrate because of the clamor of voices in her head. Should she run? Should she stay where she is? What if they found him, and that's why he's not here. She had to hide. She climbed the closest tree and waited.
Out of the corner of her eye she saw a dark figure. It was short, but very long. It looked almost like a person laying on their stomach. It was moving though, so she had no idea what it could be. The figure slowly came into the light of the moon, and she soon realized the figure was him. It was Jason. She didn't understand. It couldn't be him. She got rid of him.
Jason's body soon started lifting itself up off the ground. Not in the way a normal person would. He just floated up, although his body was still limp. He began moving toward the tree she was in. She held her breath trying not to make a sound in fear she would be heard. Even though she was pretty sure he knew where she was, she didn't want to take any chances. She closed her eyes fearing she would have to watch him climb the tree and reach her. She didn't want to believe he could get her. She opened her eyes and there he was, sitting in front of her. His face was covered in blood, and his eyes were gone. She couldn't take it. Suddenly he threw himself at her. She was pushed off of the tree branch and began falling. She knew this was her end.
She hit the ground, but she was fine. She didn't understand. She felt around the forest floor, but only felt blankets. She jolted up realizing it was all just a dream. Never again will she watch a scary movie before bed.
Great thoughts...
